By accessing or using Basic Services ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
Basic Services provides a platform for small service businesses to create websites, manage bookings, process payments, and communicate with customers. The specific features available depend on your subscription tier.
To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
We offer various subscription tiers (Foundation, Artisan, Principal, Founder) with different features and pricing. Plan details are available on our pricing page.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Platform.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Payment processing is provided through Stripe. By using our payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We are not responsible for Stripe's handling of your payment information.
Transaction fees may apply based on your subscription tier and payment volume.
We aim for 99.9% uptime for our Platform. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe may harm other users or our business.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. After that, we may delete your data.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BASIC SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Basic Services and its employees from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
